【穴位按摩】1.按揉阳陵穴、足三里、阴陵穴、三阴交各穴位50-100次，力度以酸痛为佳；2掌根揉擦点泉穴100次，以有气感为佳。
【足部反射区按摩】1.按揉肾、肾上腺、脾、脑垂体各反射区50-100次，力度稍重，以胀痛为佳；2.刮压前列腺、睾丸各100次；3.点按腹股沟、下身淋巴各50-100次；4.推压头部、尿道、骶椎、腰椎、胰各反射区各50次。
【适应症】温肾补阳、强精壮骨。适用于肾阳虚引起的腰痛、筋骨无力、早泄、阳痿。
